Trophic ulcer of left lower leg

Man, 77 years old. Trophic ulcer on the left lower leg at outer and inner surfaces. The beginning of treatment 12/04/2012. On the outer surface ulcer has healed - 25/05/2012. On the inner surface ulcer decreased significantly. The treatment continues.
